How will I receive my tickets?

Most tickets are delivered digitally via email or through our secure mobile app. For physical commemorative tickets, we use express courier services with real-time tracking.

Are the tickets on your site authentic?

Absolutely. Every ticket sold on GoldenTickets is 100% guaranteed to be authentic and valid for entry. We work exclusively with verified suppliers and venues.

What is your refund policy if an event is canceled?

If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. For postponed events, your tickets remain valid for the new date.

Can I sell my tickets back to GoldenTickets?

Currently, we only facilitate direct purchases. However, you can use our integrated partner marketplace to list your tickets for resale if you can no longer attend.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why are some ticket prices higher than the face value?
